La Selva - Ecuadorian Kitchen
The project entailed crafting branding and packaging designs for a chosen country, aiming to enrich the visual landscape by delving into diverse global cultures. I selected Ecuador, drawing inspiration from its lush forests and the admirable conservation endeavors of its people. My design endeavors to encapsulate Ecuador’s rich history, including its Incan heritage, alongside a tribute to forest and bird preservation. Initially, I delved into extensive research on Ecuadorian culture to devise an identity system suitable for a restaurant. This system aimed for versatility, with aesthetic components adaptable across various items. Crucially, cultural elements were integrated respectfully and thoughtfully. The subsequent phase of the project involved exploring how this identity could seamlessly translate into a packaging system.
